The Zoie House renovation project - part 2

Good Evening everyone, are you ready to see the inside of the "Zoie House" by Glas Houses and the goodies I found from at the Home and Garden Expo? This is part two of a five-part series (yes I have that much to share!), check later for the next installment! See Part 1 here. The Home and Garden Expo is the largest and longest-running event of its kind in Second Life. Its main goal is supporting Relay For Life through its fundraising efforts. The event runs until March 20th. There are 9 sims of unique Home and Garden Designs to explore, a 10L hunt, special events, and an auction!! See all the details on their website. 

As you enter the front doors you are faced with a double doorway before you, a long room to the right, and large double windows to the left. The long room has been split up into two areas by the different floor materials.  Let's explore my small living area first!

I really enjoy the cozy feel of this room. The windows really makes it feel quite large. Let's explore the pieces I used:

The large soothing image of the "Beckoning Spring 1" artwork is one of four amazing paintings by Life is Art Art is Life. The framed artwork si 1 li each. ChiMia created the "Midcentury Console (Blue)". The console is available in vibrant blue, red, green pink and seafoam.  This is a very versatile piece of decor and is highly detailed in quality. There is a demo at the H&G Expo;  find their SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

ChiMia also created the "Gold Minimalist Candles", These are great candles to have around the house for a bit of detail. They are not available at the H&G Expo but you can find them on the marketplace or their main store.

Garden Center Simona created the " Tulip in vase " as their gift item. It is 2 Land impact and very pretty! You can find it at the H&G Expo;  find their SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

Bitter Pixie created the "Artistic Pots" that is next to the console. I really love the look of Bitter Pixie's plants. It is 2 Land Impact. You can find it at the H&G Expo;  find the SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

Nerenzo created the Couch Set "Seychelles".  The set comes with the chair, couch and coffee. The table rezzes various items (Not Shown, I didn't figure that out until after I took the photos, sorry!) and there are 118 animations in the cuddle/pg version. You can find it at the H&G Expo;  find their SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

The Dark Fae created the "Beaded Footstool". I loved this stool, its perfect to add a bit of character. It is 3 land impact with 10 solo sits.  You can find it at the H&G Expo;  find their SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

Vaughn created the "Magazine Stack". No light reading there! Lots to get through in that stack. One of the best magazine stacks I have found. You can find it at the H&G Expo;  find their SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

ChiC Buildings created the "Decor Box Books and Vase Gray". It is 1 land impact. You can find it at the H&G Expo;  find their SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

Bitter Pixie created the "Smell of Summer Water", "Inspiration Tonix", "Kiss of Spring Cologne", and "Kiss of Spring Cologne" each bottle is 1 Land Impact. You can find it at the H&G Expo;  find the SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

The Dark Fae created the "Hanging Birds". You can find it at the H&G Expo;  find their SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

(:ERG:) created the "Book Shelf v1.0". I love a unique book shelf and these are full of character! You can change the lamp color or turn the lights on/off. You can find it at the H&G Expo;  find their SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

The Dark Fae created the "Handful of Light" fixture. The lampshades are color changeable with 7 choices. They are 4 Land impact. It is available at the H&G; find their SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

Ari-Pari created the "Velvet Pet Bed and Accessories". The set come with a milk, food and empty bowl, it was created for the average size kittycats. It is customizable with 10 fabrics, 10 wood and 4 pet bowl color options. Each item is 2 Li. You can find it at the H&G Expo;  find their SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

The Dark Fae created the "Brilliant Mice" set. The set contains three mouse versions holding lights. The lights they hold turn on/off. They are 5 land impact each. They are adorable to place around your place for a little uniqueness. You can find it at the H&G Expo;  find their SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

Sparrow's Nest created the adorable "Antique broken glass house" that is on the floor by the double window. This is the perfect piece to give character to a spot in your home. It is only 20 li. You can find them at the H&G Expo;  find their SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

Sparrow's Nest also created the tall "White Kitty houseplant" on the floor by the double window. I loved the planter on this item. I just adore cats!  It is only 2 li. You can find them at the H&G Expo;  find their SLURL on the Exhibitor List.
