The Zoie house renovation project - part 1.
Grab the beverage of your choice and settle in for a long post. I found the "Zoie House" by Glas Houses at the Home and Garden Expo and couldn't resist filling it full of the goodies I found from all the amazing designers at the Home and Garden Expo. This is part one of a five-part series (yes I have that much to share!), check later for the next installment! The Home and Garden Expo is the largest and longest-running event of its kind in Second Life. Its main goal is supporting Relay For Life through its fundraising efforts. The event runs until March 20th. There are 9 sims of unique Home and Garden Designs to explore, a 10L hunt, special events, and an auction!! See all the details on their website.
The "Zoie" by Glas Houses is a converted cargo container home. This is the perfect compact home for someone who doesn't have a lot of land or prims. It is only 43 land impact and has a 32x24 Footprint. It has nice clean lines, lots of windows, high-quality textures, and is well designed and built. To boot it is a steal at 479L at the H&G Expo. The Zoie consists of three rooms and a large outdoor porch area. There is a demo available for viewing. [Taxi]
