The Fantasy Faire is Here!

One of my favorite events, the Fantasy Faire 2022, opened on April 21st! It will run until May 8th. Over 250 of the grid’s top fantasy creators participating in the fair that spans 20 uniquely decorated sims forming a circle of lands. There are many fantastic designs to peruse, beautiful environments to explore, and many activities to attend. You do not want to miss this incredible event.


✫ DRESS:  The Frederika Gown is a new release by Poet's Heart. The gown is available in three unique colors for 300L each or 900L for the fatpack. The fatpack allows you to mix and match 9 bodice and gown/frill textures to create a unique look. The gown is fitted for Maitreya Lara/Petite. You can pick up a copy of this fantastic gown at the Fantasy Faire until May 8th. 

✫ STAFF:  The Lunar Staff is one of the many great RFL items Poet's Heart has on sale at the Fantasy Faire. The staff comes with three versions (holding, hold animation, back). The hud comes loaded with 9 metal options and 9 stone options. The RFL Edition is only 125L.


✫ WINGS/ANTENNAS/ARMBANDS:  Evil Baby created the Majestic Wing Set. The set comes with wings, antenna, and armbands. The set is customizable with 10 wings, stone colors, and 3 metal textures. The Majestic Wing Set is one of Evil Baby's great RFL items on sale. It is available for 499L at the Fantasy Faire.


✫ NECKLACE: The Maga Tama pendant is by Who What. It comes in versions fitted for men and women. The texture-change hud with 2 leather textures, 12 bead /pendant textures, and 4 metals. This pretty is on sale for 210L at the Fantasy Faire.

✫ HAIR: The F195 Hairstyle is by KMH. The hairstyle is rigged hair, copy only, and comes with five styles. You can disable the forehead braid. The hairstyle is available in two color packs (Natural and Colorful, 325l each) or a fatpack for 550L at the Fantasy Faire, which runs until May 8th. 

✫ SKIN: The Star Natural Skin in Pale is created by Mindgardens Creations. You get three BOM skins (Tan, Fair, and Pale) created for the STAR Mesh Body but fit most mesh bodies and heads. The skin set is only 399L and is one of their 100% donation RFL items for the Fantasy Faire.

✫ BODY & HEAD: I am wearing the Star Mesh Body & Head. It is one of the most realistic bodies in SL. The body comes with many MOD options to help you get the most realistic customized look perfect for you. It is Bakes on Mesh compatible; has an advanced mesh body shaper in the hud; comes with wiggly, elf, and pixie ear modifiers in six sizes; comes with four body layers for appliers (skin, tattoo, underwear, clothes); ten default skin tones with 5 freckles and custom shapes. The Mesh Head is included with the body. It has twenty face poses and 10 mood animations. It is only 4,500L. You can pick up a copy at the main store or the Fantasy Faire. Demos are available; you should check this body out! 

I was able to wear the Frederika gown even though it was fitted for Maitreya only by using the STAR Body Conformer. This handy mod allows me to reshape my STAR Body to fit other mesh body-fitted outfits! This is a game-changer! It is as easy as pressing a button! Now I can enjoy my ultra-realistic body with all my old favorite outfits! You can pick up a copy of the STAR Body Confirmer for 1000L at the main store or the Fantasy Faire.

✫ LIGHTING: For lighting, I use LUMIPro. LUMIPro is a HUD worn by the photographer that controls all aspects of lights worn by the model or self. The photographer can adjust position, color, radius, and falloff. You do not need rez right to use LUMIPro. The built-in posing system controls ten models independently without needing to rez for pose stands. You can pick up a copy for 6,6995L on the Marketplace.
