The Zoie House renovation project - part 4

Today, we will explore the home office and reading zone of my refurbished  "Zoie Houseby Glas Houses. I have decorated it with the goodies you can find at the Home and Garden Expo. This is part three of a five-part series (yes, I have that much to share!); check later for the next installment! See parts 12, and 3 here.

The home office is directly through the adjoining double doors in the living room (See the living room here). The home office is the front side of a long room that has been divided into two spaces by a partial wall. The backroom is the bedroom for me. I will share all the great items there in my next post. Let's check out all the great things in my home office first!

Bitter Pixie created the "Red Wine Carpet." Be careful; the cats like to bunch it up when they play on it, so don't trip! It is 1LI. It is available at the H&G Expo; find their SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

Park Place created the "Aziraphale's Desk," "Aziraphale's Desk Chair.", and "Pile of Dusty Books." I have had these items since 2014. They are a timeless piece I regularly use in my settings; I guess that's a testament to the quality of Park Place's designs. You can find their shop on the Marketplace or in-world.

ChiMia created the "Vintage Tourism Poster," This was a fun win from the lucky chair at their inworld shop.

ChiMia also created the "ChiDesktop 2021 Gift", You can pick this up free at the main shop.

Vaughn created the two "Cacti." Each is 2-3li. It is available at the H&G Expo; find their SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

Garden Center Simona created the "Tulips in a Flowerpot with Stones" as their 100% donation item. It is 2 Land impact and very pretty! You can find it at the H&G Expo;  find their SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

Sparrow's Nest also created the tall "White Kitty Houseplant" on the floor by the doorway. I loved the planter on this item. I just adore cats! It is only 2 li. You can find them at the H&G Expo;  find their SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

For the view outside the window, I created a lovely relaxing corner using the following items:

Dench Designs created the "Garden Day Bed" and the "Greek Boat." The Garden Day Bed is an adorable piece to add character to your yard. It has extra decor items you can choose to rez, such as animals and vines. It is 17Li and has animations for males, females, and couples. The Greek boat looks like a fabulous place to lounge around reading a book. It comes with Male, Female, and Couple Animations; it is 12Li. You can find them at the H&G Expo;  find their SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

Multifarious created the "Duck Pond" as an event exclusive for the Home and Garden Expo. The set comes with the pond, plants, rocks, trees, ducks, and geese. It is intended to be used in linden waters with terraforming. It is 35Li. You can find them at the H&G Expo;  find their SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

Next, we come to my little reading zone.

Bitter Pixie created the " Comfy Chair - Soft Green." It is 4LI. It is available at the H&G Expo; find their SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

Park Place created the "Sage Table Lamp" and "Walnut Ottoman Table.I have had these items since 2015. I really enjoy the clean lines of these designs. You can find Park Place on the Marketplace or in-world.

Kaerri created the "White Wood Bookshelf," "Shelf Books," and the "Book Basket." The Bookshelf is part of the Heart Dining Set. The book basket is part of the Vignette Set. The Shelf Books are part of the Fortune Teller House Set. The items on the shelves do not come with it. These are older designs by Kaerri, so they may no longer be available. Kaerri does have a display at the Home and Garden Expo with many fabulous items for purchase. You can find them at the H&G Expo;  find their SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

Secret Shelf created "Scripted Tilted Book Set." This is a great set to use for shelf filler. I am unsure if it is still available as I purchased it many years ago.

*Color* by Eve created the "Tulips Arrangement D - Pink/Whites" that is on the top of the bookshelf. It is 2 Land impact and very pretty! You can find it at the H&G Expo;  find their SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

Sparrow's Nest created the tall "Nest Goose Goose White" on the bookshelf and the "Home Roses" wall hanging. They are 2-4 li. You can find them at the H&G Expo;  find their SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

Garden Center Simona created the "Osteospermum and iris in a white vase." It is 2 Land impact and very pretty! You can find it at the H&G Expo;  find their SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

Along the wall opposite my reading zone, I created a wall featuring art. It is perfect for those moments of quiet reflection. The large soothing artwork is three of the four unique paintings by Life is Art Art is Life. You can see the fourth in my second post on the Zoie House. The framed artwork is 1 li each. This is a must-see if you are looking for some really professional artwork to adorn your walls. There is a demo at the H&G Expo;  find their SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

RiG! created the fantastic "Oak Chest" It is perfect for giving your home a lovely clutter feel with character. It is only 1 Land impact. It is available at the H&G Expo; find their SLURL on the Exhibitor List.

And with that, I leave you with a bit of a sneak peek into the bedroom area. Check out my next post to see what fantastic designer created those items!
